My name is Yevgen Ryeznik
(Ukrainian🇺🇦: Євген Рєзнік).
I am a researcher in statistics and pharmacometrics at the Department of Pharmacy, Uppsala University.
Prior to that, I worked as a statistician in the pharma industry, providing statistical support for the design and analysis of clinical trials.
I obtained a PhD degree in applied mathematics and statistics at Uppsala University (Sweden) in 2019. The PhD project was a part of the Center for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (CIM) initiative. My supervisors were professor Warwick Tucker from the Department of Mathematics and professor Andrew Hooker from the Department of Pharmacy, Pharmacometrics Research Group.

I am interested in solving research problems in mathematics, (bio)statistics, pharmacometrics, and machine learning as well as in statistical programming and scientific computing, using R and Julia programming languages.
